James was very quick, efficient and friendly to communicate with, he explained everything clearly and we got Nuvia systems installed within 2 days. We tried a glass of water right after installation and we liked the taste. Then a week later we noticed a difference with our children skin not being itchy and irritated anymore, what a wonderful benefit.
