I had a great experience with Nuvia. My representative Isabel Miranda did a great job of explaining all the benefits of having this water filtration system. At first K was a bit reluctant, but after the demo I was fully convinced that I was making a great purchase. She made sure I was well taken care of and even followed up with me after the install to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service and great products! I highly recommend!
