We had the pleasure of meeting Richard Luna for a presentation on the Nuvia water system. The demonstration showed us how bad are current water system was and we made the decision the to invest in our family’s health and well-being and upgrade are water system to the Nuvia Pro

Richard Luna's customer service was exceptional and we love our new water system. Richard was great from the start to end; testing our water at home and showing us how dirty our home water was compared to clean filtered water. The pakage he gave us was great and on point as soon as they installed our water system on our new home. Highly recommend it!

I had the pleasure of meeting with Richard Luna. He gave me a very informative, enthusiastic, and clear presentation of the company. I had very little knowledge of how bad our water is in the area of San Bernardino; let me tell you “it’s awful.” I’m super excited to try out the Nuvia Pro System and hope to be able to recommend this system to all my family and friends. I love my Nuvia Water technology system the water taste so good.
Taking a shower with Nuvia has made the skin around my elbows sooo soft as well as my feet.
And my kitties drink more water too.

Richard Luna came to our home and gave us an exceptional presentation. After he provided us with all of the knowledge about the water quality in our area and also the difference our hands felt after washing them with the water this system filtered for us. We decided to purchase this system shortly after. Things started to make sense as to why our skin was drier and why our dishes would still look as if they were poorly washed. We have already recommended this system to our neighbor. We are very happy with the quality sales rep and how friendly he was. I as an esthetician for my profession I would highly recommend water systems from this company. It is a great investment for a healthier lifestyle and home.

We honestly can’t decide which is more outstanding....the quality of the NUVIA WATER TECHNOLOGIES or their personnel ! As retired seniors we’re especially concerned about maintaining our good health as we age, and protecting our home’s infra structure as well as our own, and that of our precious planet. Our visiting NUVIA pro, Richard Luna, is such a professional, testing the quality of our water and demonstrating the many benefits of including this refined water in our lives. We are impressed with the quality of the equipment (made in America), the ease of operation and maintenance, the warranty, and the continuous company support. We both have skin conditions and are very excited with the results we are already noticing....most of us don’t pay enough attention to the declining condition of our global water and the inter- related problems we’re all experiencing universally. So we are very grateful to Mr. Luna for sharing his expertise and most accommodating assistance during this entirely positive experience; and we certainly can extend this to the office and installation staff as well. I would like to thank Frankie, Bryan, Dylan, David and Ester at Nuvia, they are all fantastic and very hard working really great people. I also want to say a very big and huge thank you to them as well.
i had some issues with my soft water system that needed some immediate attention, and when i called to get it taken care of, they got on it right away, due to the circumstances of this virus it took a brief period of time to get ahold of both bryan and frankie but they did get back to me ASAP along with also leaving messages with ester as well she was instrumental, when it came to getting a call back from frankie and bryan. They are a great crew of people and i really appreciate everything they did for my family and i. Everything that needed to be fixed was done very quickly and i really appreciated it a lot. I am very thankful, grateful and very appreciative to have had such a great crew of people to speak to and take care of everything that needed to be done. I would defiantly recommend Nuvia if you are in need of a water softening system. Once again a big huge thank you to frankie, bryan, dylan, david and ester. Excellent company to use.

We're very satisfied with our new water softener system. Our old system was hanging on by a thread. Edwin was professional and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy or aggressive at all! Edwin has also made himself available to us by phone and text. I'd give more stars if I could!
