DO NOT move here! They ignore and delay requests for repairs for long periods of time, there's been reports of black mold, bedbugs and cockroaches. The "professionals" in the office will ignore calls. Right now they are decorating the exterior with all fervor, while ignoring repair requests. Pathetic front door fucked up since we moved in. Washer caught on fire two months ago, still waiting to be fixed... I've filled out over 20 work orders for the same shit. I can't believe this is happening. It's really hard when you have small kids and paying 645.00. Mo. And I'm going to stop there!
My daughter has been without air-conditioning for 12 days they won't return calls or fix it ... It is JUNE in KANSAS. HORRIBLE PLACE
This is the worst place to live I told office about my AC they kept saying give me one more day nothing my son has health problems they don't care but want there money shit I will be moving out of here and reported them to who ever I can . My shit is still not fixed can't stay in my apartment because my son gets hot and can't breathe but you want to add late fees on shit NOPE DONT LIVE HERE.
This place is disgusting. It is infested with cockroaches. We told them about the bug issue and they told us they were having people come out and spray so we waited and thought that would help. We cleaned out all our cabinets and bathrooms and everything so they could spray. Well the bugs still were bad, so we told them about it again. They told us they would spray every single room. So my roommate who is pregnant moved everything to the middle of our floors so they could spray the edge of the walls of every room. We came to... read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. This place is completely awful. I don't know how they haven't been shut down yet. We moved in and within just a few days were seeing huge cockroaches. We complained for about 3 months before they finally had exterminators come out. They are awful about keeping up with maintenance in these apartments. We had several things break or not work properly. We would put in requests for things to be fixed and they would just completely ignore the situation. This place is disgusting. There has been a cockroach INFESTATION going on for weeks now. They have said they found out they were coming from a neighbors apartment and was told to move everything from walls and they would spray. Instead sprayed ONLY the kitchen. They have invaded the microwave. If u place a skillet on the oven you see tons run from underneath. On top of that the maintenance doesn't actually fix an issue even when the furnace LITERALLY shot a flame out of the vents, instead they just right it and say it's fixe... read more
