A lot of friendly people lives there.
Disgusting. Don’t clean them properly before moving in. Noise complaints and cops here constantly due to noise and neighbors. Violent neighbors. Maintenance that doesn’t do their jobs and management that hangs up on you when you call and ask for help repeatedly. Worst place I’ve lived in Topeka by far. Allows people to smoke in apartments and all over leaving filth and cigarette butts. Manager Brenda is hardly in office and when she is she doesn’t answer calls or call back residents with issues. air conditioning Is out. its 90 degrees in our apartment they wont offer any solutions for 2 weeks. unreal
no assigned parking space having to park where ever you can and the long time so and that it takes to get work orders accomplished
can't answer a phone to save their life
This place is a freakin joke, not only did I have countless plumbing problems, including sewage backing up all the way into my living room (which all they did was hire a carpet cleaner for), my kitchen sink backing up and the ceiling leaking on my bed, but my upstairs neighbor FORCED HIS WAY INTO MY APARTMENT AND ATTACKED MY BOYFRIEND. Thankfully my boyfriend is a trained fighter so he was not hurt but the neighbor was taken away in a cop car. This happened on the 3rd of November.
