I love oakbroaks nice space good service and well maintained
We have liked living here for the last year and signed a new lease in june. We like that they do events for there community and make it a lot of fun. Maintenance is pretty good about coming out when we need something fixed as soon as we report it. All the neighbors are pretty friendly. The only issue I have is not having a washer and dryer in our apartment. As far as other peoples reviews on the property i understand why that they are upset but i love my experience. Great place to live alot better than our old Apartment Love the room space with 3 Disabled Kids so much better living on the bottom Apt so they don't have to go up but 2 little stairs. Love having a washer and dryer because with 3 boys who love changing clothes so much after getting the ones they had on dirty.

Ive lived at Oakbrook for 4 years and still live here currently. Affordable, spacious and nice looking units. Ive never had a bug or rodent problem and maintenance responds to issues fast... i would most definitely recommend Oakbrook to any and everyone...

Hi Lori, As mentioned above, the end of June saw temperatures exceed 105', which in turn put stress on the air conditioners and resulted in several units being out of service. Our Regional Manager purchased 6 portable units to provide air to those who had a non functioning machine. Due to the heat wave, many other business were experiencing similar issues - which resulted in a backlog of several weeks to purchase new systems. Maintenance help was brought in from Kansas City sites to assist in the completion of work orders an... read more
