From the onset [name removed], and all the staff, have been EXTREMELY helpful and understanding that the transition/move from EVERYTHING my mom knew was not easy! I would definitely recommend to others.

A place for Mom really opened up our eyes to other options that were out there. We couldn't be more happy with where our mom ended up. It was a great find at a very reasonable price. We greatly appreciate all the help from a place for Mom. I would recommend your service to other people. Not sure if I have anything to add about Oakland heights outside of so far we're very impressed and we like it

I recently toured Oakland Heights Senior Living while exploring memory care options for my mom. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. One of the highlights for me was the spacious, open patio area dedicated to the memory care residents. It felt secure while still providing a pleasant outdoor space where residents could enjoy fresh air and move around comfortably. Friendly staff, pretty surroundings. The studio was very comfortable and sunny. Cleaning and laundry are done once a week, but it took a while to get on a regular schedule, and was not always done because they were short staffed. The food was good and service was fine.

The facility has a very homey feel, warm, comforting. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I liked that we saw both assisted living accommodations and independent living arrangements as well. My husband, daughter and I will need to visit other facilities as well and make comparisons. The tour was very thorough and we saw the whole facility.

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very professional and nice. They answered all my questions, and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and nice. I enjoyed hearing about all of the help he would receive. The layout of the area was very interesting and unique.
