Authenticity can't be faked - it shows. I'm very impressed with Pacifica Oakland Heights. Pacifica is what it says it is. The mood in the Dementia Care facility is light and warm. In the exercise class, two of the residents are going through the steps with a smile and a sense of humor. When you walk into any room, the residents turn their faces toward you, like they expect to have a conversations. And they do. My father has thrived under the leadership of [name removed], the Director of the Pacifica in Oakland, CA. I am so impressed with the friendship she has with my father and all that she's been able to do to improve his quality of life. It's true peace of mind to be able to receive a quick response whenever I call/email her. [name removed] staff & care givers interact with my father so wonderfully, and he's happy. My loved one has dementia and Pacifica has been able to provide the assisted living she needs with a very compassionate and genuinely caring staff. The activities and socially engaging atmosphere is perfect.

my loved one just became a resident at Pacifica. Our first impression was that of happiness, fun, and uplifting. Besides being welcoming of my dog, the staff made you feel at home. definitely a place you can feel safe leaving your loved ones.

I really like the activities they are wonderful. I like the people that work here - very nice people. I pray for all the people that work here every night.

Dedicated, "good nature" staff. Consistent effort to add and maintain very wide list of resident activities. Staff good at validating resident feedback and they provide excellent laundry services.

We did a virtual tour with Pacifica Senior living and it was a very nice facility and everybody was extremely friendly. The price was also amazing but the location was just not suitable for us.
