Excellent tour. Wonderful explanation and viewing of all properties such as the mail building, condos, studios, grounds, transportation, pets. [Name removed] was very personable. I am interested in my senior friend to move in.

Older facility with dated furnishings. Some rooms had nice porch. Dining area seemed dark but may seem “at home” for some senior residents. Long hallways. Some studios not equipped with shower.

Facility condition is good, food is good. Staffing appears to be under trained, and supervised. Appears to be understaffed, with significant turnover. Management is unresponsive. Have sent emails which were not responded to.
