The facility is beautiful new ED too but unfortunately storny the CMA he give it to the resident the medication together dinner and night these is very bad but look like every one is OK wiht these situation he trying to stop me to say the true and he canceled my jobs in kare.com. but some one in corporate is going to see these look the videos in the facility how many times he give the medication to the resident the poor resident told me everything I explained the that was not good
My husband Michael Carlton King has been fortunate to entertain the residents at Gracemont several times for some of their special events. We absolutely loved performing for this group. The residents were so appreciative and we had so much fun. The community is absolutely beautiful and the staff, especially the Management (Dawna) has always been incredible. Wonderful new ED. Excited new activities director. Friendly staff all around.
Be careful moving your family member to this facility. My Mom had been a resident for over a year and because she needed extra care they gave her a 30 day notice. She is 94. The elderly deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. They have their “reasons” for not being able to provide her the care she needs. Basically, “covering” their decision. My husbands grandmother was in Gracemont for a couple of years and passed just after her 100th birthday. This facility has the most wonderful, caring people working there and we had a fantastic experience there. I highly recommend this facility. Brittany, one of the coordinators, has been exceptionally helpful with correspondence in my efforts to help a friend's mother who is also in need of such a facility.
