Overall it's a beautiful facility and clean. Cons: Need more qualified staff nights and weekends. Care assistants don't always check in on patients that need extra care. What they are suppose to do vs. what they do is not consistent. On average takes much longer than it should when you press the pendant for assistance especially during meal times when no one is available because they are serving food instead. My mom lives here and besides the fact that she isn't completely independent anymore, The Oaks at Gracemont gives her as much independence as she can handle. The apartment is nice, the only real complaint is there is no counter space in the bathroom. The staff are all very pleasant and caring and call me if there is ever a concern. Moms diet is very different and there is a struggle with this part, however i feel like everyone is trying to work with it.

Always such a turnover in staff, price increase was terrible after 1st year, but overall it's been a good experience. Everyone is very kind to my dad, I do like that they just did a lot of painting, replacing carpet and furniture in common areas, I guess you can't help staff leaving, he also complained that the food is not good, however they do always keep me informed of things going on.

The costs keep changing ( going up) ! The meals and activities are great!! The executive staff is not accessible and leaves early most days

What our family likes the most about the Oaks at Gracemont is the overall facility, it is very clean and the staff members who work there are very friendly. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others who many need a place for their loved ones.

My loved one has been a resident at Oaks at Gracemont for quite some time. Overall, our experience with this facility has been great. I've eaten there with my mom and the meals have been good. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The quality of care and the staff are also great. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a wonderful tour experience, we would of been happy with our loved one here but unfortunately our loved ones level of care needs were just to high for them to handle.
We toured Oaks at Gracemont and had a great tour experience & first impression. We chose another community because it was 2 miles away, and my dad preferred to be in closer proximity than where Oaks at Gracemont was located.
