The staff are very friendly here. The communication and follow through on requests from maintenance could be improved. The residents that participate in the activities are friendly to us. Breakfast is good, and lunch is on the skinny side. The community doesn't provide dinner. The quality of the food could be improved, along with portion sizes and the variety of food offered. It was beautiful but too far from anything
I would like to recognize [name removed] for all of the help she gave me when I was dealing with my mother. I moved her in yesterday and [name removed] did a fantastic job making her feel comfortable and at home. She also did an excellent job locating and setting up her room for a respite stay. The facility is clean, bright and welcoming. The residents also are very happy to be there and joined in to welcome my mother to the community. Our family could not speak more highly of the director and her staff at Gracemont. My mom was fortunate to be living there for almost 6 years, your facility is truly one of the best places of caregivers for the residents their love and compassion shows how all should be treated. We are so happy we found a home and friends like Gracemont.

Staff is GREAT!,, Caring, professional, thorough, provide follow-up, all with a smile! Can't ask for any better. These folks could give lessons on how it's to be done, but they probably don't even realize they're doing it. Love it. Thanks
We toured here when we were looking. We really liked it. It was elegant and professional. This was one of our top choices.
Overall I think they do a good job at Gracemont Assisted Living. The staff here are friendly and professional, and they work hard looking after the residents. They do, however, seem a bit understaffed at times. All of the residents I have met seem happy and content. I have had a few issues with their billing service, more than once I have received invoices with incorrect amounts on them.
