[name removed] toured us and she is absolutely amazing. She took her time to answer all our questions and understood that it was a hard decision for our family to make the facility was very clean and recently updated there seem to be a lot of activities going on in resident very happy.

Excellent in every way! We had a great tour with [name removed]. She was extremely knowledgeable and was obviously very dedicated to the needs of those of us trying to do the right thing for our loved ones. The facility is clean and well lit and all on one floor! The residents appeared very happy and a few residents volunteered positive information without being prodded by us.

The location is very clean, and the residents from what I could see was very comfortable. Everyone on staff that I observed is knowledgeable in their position.

There is a new executive director. Since he came, the communication has been 100% better, and just the overall day-to-day seems to have greatly improved. It seems to be better staffed than it was previously. they also now have a weekend management person which is a huge improvement because they never had one previously.

Excellent staff and care. How it should be. No place is perfect but the difference is they care enough to do their best for the sake of the residents, not a job. Not only the best Oaks around but the best facility around. I shopped 7 others and this one stands above them all.

Overall, we felt like my dad got good care during the weekdays. The rating of "4" is because weekends left a little to be desired. The staff was not as attentive, and there seemed to be a lot of misinformation and confusion on the weekends. The meals seemed good and nutritious, and for the most part, I would say the facility was clean. Again, it did not seem like his floor got cleaned, etc. on the weekends. The size of the room was adequate, and we really appreciated the view from his window.
