Across the board 4s. I will say that we have been there just a year this month and in that year we have been through three executive directors and a complete turnover and change in the rest of the administrative staff. We are on basic care (minimal) so I can't speak to what the advanced care level quality is. There is a huge family involvement at the community, which actually is really nice.
It is a Clean and inviting environment, friendly staff. we found their management staff unorganized and not prompt to return phone calls.
Biggest negative is the food service. The quality and variety is poor. Portions are too small for men so they are always hungry. The facility is generally in good condition and clean. Efforts are being made to refresh the decor and equipment. The Oaks at Post Road presents well. The staff is helpful but they are trying to find a new executive director. Some of the service staff don't seem to be engaged in their work. Staff turnover is a problem.
Very generous with their time, explained everything well and never hesitated to answer questions – in person or over the phone, even on weekends and late night calls. This is the second time I have had a loved one be taken care of at The Oaks – would use them again.

This was the first out of home placement for our mom. It was a difficult decision for us to make and we had a very limited amount of time to make it. A Place for Mom was extremely helpful. The Oaks at Post Road has proven to be the right choice for our mom. I personally like the single level living space and open courtyard. The staff has been competent, professional, and caring.

I was not happy my husband escaped and had to call police to find him. Security is not very good no cameras even as we were leaving even tho they keep the door locked to the memory care a lady came out with me and I realized she was a patient so I got a hold of a tech, I knew as soon as she ask me where her keys were that she should not be leaving. Assisted Living was good for her for a few months and then she came to hate it so I moved her to Independent. There is not consistency in the staff. Few that have been there awhile and a lot of turnover. Food quality and serving size is good at times and bad at others.

There has not been an activities director since she moved in, so a lack of activities overall. The food is less than average. with sandwiches more often than not for dinner. Staff turnover is excessive. Local admin not responsive but corp office has been.
