I didn't have direct contact with the Oaks but my wife did. From everything I was privy to the care my in-laws received was extremely good. The Oaks in general is an above average facility at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend this place to anyone requiring the care my in-laws received. There were some instances of inconsistent efforts with meals, might have been due to securing consistency with kitchen staff issues and supply chain issues. Would still very highly recommend them. Great caring Staff!!

Care services staff have been great in Horizons. They are patient and kind to all the residents. The communication sometimes is slow responding back from questions to staff. I'm very pleased with the activities they have for residents. They are always doing something with them.

We are very happy with the Oaks at Post Road. They have a caring and loving staff from the top on down! Plenty of activities to avoid boredom. It really is a happy environment.
My mom had to be moved from Assisted Living at another facility to Memory Care, with Hospice assistance, at the Oaks at Post Road, Cumming Ga. We chose this location due to the proximity to our house and the recommendation from friends who had family there. The executive staff was very welcoming and attentive to the needs of my mom once she arrived and as her stay went along. I can not possible say enough good things about this place! As hesitant as my grandmother was to move my grandfather in, she even loves The Oaks at Post! [Name removed] is the absolute best and incredibly helpful.
Mom has lived there 7 months. She's adjusted well and has alot of lady friends. Mom likes the onsite beauty salon. She says the food is good and there is plenty of it at mealtime and snacks. The management is great and always available to discuss any concerns. The staff is friendly and efficient. Mom often compliments the ladies that clean her room and wash her linens. Very nice place, and the manager, Mr. Ashley was so helpful and explained the difference in "personal care" and age in place" home. This was the first senior living community I toured, and I found him very helpful. I liked the easy feel of the facility, and the residents seem very happy to be here. I'm not sure if my dad will make this his home, but I hope he will, since it's so close to my home.
