Had a great time at the casino, until a gage wearing casino employee named Steven came in on roulette. I've never seen a dealer laugh when people lose money, and worst of all, talk shit while it happened. I wasn't apart of the hand, but felt like I should ask him why he's laughing. He responded with "what are you going to do about it?" This is my worst experience ever at a casino, and everyone should avoid him like the plague.

been to mom & pop places that offered better machines with a better chance of winning something me and my elderly father decided to give it a try. We both had 300 apiece on us it went quick and could not even get a $40 ticket never will go back

Worst place on earth.I'd rather get robbed on the side of the street than gamble here. Absolute joke of a casino. They might have one pleasant employee in the entire joint and he was our dealer. Let me paint you a picture. Memorial Day weekend sitting at the blackjack table with a couple buddies. We buy a round of drinks. It's just us at the same table for about an hour or so when some guy in a terrible suit comes up and asks my friend to leave and blatantly lies to his face saying he was stumbling around and bumping in to p... read more

Came tonight to enjoy my sister's 21st birthday but unfortunately the bartender's attitude put us all in a poor mood with his own sour attitude. Wish I knew his name but maybe the higher ups can address his attitude once they see this. We tipped 20% but if I could take it back I so would. Not sure what his problem was but coming from the service industry you cannot have repeat business if you project your unhappiness onto your guests. Again, I hope they can address this with him so he can turn that frown upside down. :) EDIT... read more

Not the slots! They certainly didn't pay off much. I don't think I'll be going back there soon. It's not fun to lose & lose.! Live right across the line in Delaware! I enjoyed Harrington more. I seem to have had more luck there. But I probably will try both again. Maybe next time I'll be luckier!

Sadly Yelp doesn't offer 0 stars as an option...so 1 will do smh! Unfortunately this was the only casino near our hotel. This was more small than I was expecting (though understandable given that it's near a beach area). Was not feeling the vibe at all and did not think it was that great of a casino at all which is a shame because I had high hopes when hearing about this one. Oh well!

Terrible customer service. They're all rude and treat you like it's a privilege to be there rather than like a paying customer. Security guards up front are bullies. Puts a damper on the whole experience. Never again.

Omg this is nothing like is use to be! They have really lost people and revenue due to the way the ownership and Maryland State have their hands in it. Do not put your money in a slot machine. It will just eat it. They have to make that money to pay these tables. It is the worst Casino I've ever walked into to try to play. There is no play. There is no bonuses. it's just a taking place clear Friday night. There must've been 300 people in there10 years ago, you couldn't even get on the machine

9/24/23 VONDA the "Manager" is terrible!!! I came today around 1 am WITHOUT an ID , just a pic on my phone of my ID, I asked the dude working that checks the ID If he'd let me in with a pic on my phone and he said NO. I asked him to ask his manager & she came and denied me entry & I understood. I went back to my hotel room to get my ID came back ... my ID was SCANNED by the dude working the front and was let in. Me, knowing I'd only have 30 mins left to enjoy the casino but I still wanted to come. I ordered my drink & put my... read more
