So.. this was the only casino which was close to our hotel and we thought of having a quick visit .. looks really big from outside but inside is too small. Having visited Atlantic City and others , this was almost nothing ... but for that place , it was ok .. They just had 2 roulette tables !!!!! Crazy. So many people in 2 tables. .. wish they had more tables . And the biggest joke is - the waitress bringing beer said it isn't free ok.. I thought it might be a dollar and she said it's 5$ ... first time ever I saw this ! ... read more

Ocean Downs Casino is A STRAIGHT UP SCAM!! I'm NEVER going there again. I was going to the Roulette machine had $10 on 0/00 and basket the 0,1,2 for $10. The wheel spun and the ball landed on "0"! After the ball settled in place twenty dollar void showed up on the screen. I was very calm and polite until they told me that the machine malfunction. Which voids all payouts. They said the door came loose on the machine..... They reset the machine and kept the machine where I was open! Gentlemen, said, haven't you tried the ... read more

good location. lots of parking. clean. but that is about it. I don't really play slots and that seems to be the main thing there. but there are a lot. I mostly played the texas hold em table game. was looking for a real poker room but there doesn't seem to be any around the beach areas. Dealers said you have to go to AC, phlly or DC. such a bummer. anyway. that table game surely had to fixed. I have played that game at several casinos all over the US and yes the house wins more than loses. i played for about 3.5 hours ... read more

Terrible service. Left me at a slot for 30 minutes with no ticket and service agent hung up on me. Garbage. Don't come here.

We attended Kentucky Derby Day at Ocean Downs the bedding room was problematic nobody knew how to use the machines and they did not have enough tellers to try to explain it to you to bet later we attended the journey Tribute Band concert got in line fairly early then people started to move from the other side and just walked right ahead of us to get into the concert very disorganized entry into the concert could improve one very disappointing fact was that we noticed the cafe food prices has skyrocketed I know prices have go... read more

Stopped in while in Ocean City. Sat at the bar for a quick drink. Party of 12 arrived for the Happy Hour advertised on their web site. No go... ,"Sorry, we don't have that anymore. Just haven't updated our website" that's what they were told! Pretty crappy way to run a casino! I did see management come out and talk to them. I am hoping they gave them a discount. Who ever handles their website should know how many people they are misleading.

This review is not for the Casino but the racing side of the operation. Really for the experience that is Pacer's Restaurant that is open on racing nights. I understand that many things have changed as a result of the pandemic. But in my opinion if you can't do even a reasonable job in supplying services then don't even try. 3 years ago you could get a reasonable meal served at your table. Now there is a "grab and go" menu of pre prepared foods that are just awful. No works at any of the betting' machines. Only one un... read more

Ocean Downs Casino is open...but beware the posted hours say they open at 8 AM but that is only for slots, which is not noted. Table games don't start till 10 AM but then you have to wait another 30 minutes if you want to play Blackjack while they set up the table. So much for customer service here!

Not good, very rude to us because we were younger and very anal about unexplained rules. The roulette dealer said we wasn't running a kindergarten, very insulting. No effort to help, very gross and feels like everyone wasn't to die
