There does not appear to be enough staff for the number of residents. There also is a difficulty keeping up with needed maintenance of the building and grounds. Communication from staff regarding resident medical issues also needs improvement.
The facility was very nice with lots of things to do. The staff was friendly and caring. I would highly recommend Oceanside senior living. My father loved the food and the activities.
Always very clean. Staff has been great and very friendly. The care services are a 5 so far. We just recently had Pacifica take over meds Admin staff are nice. Took a while to get the accounting straight. I think they got me and my Dad confused because our names match. Once that was straight it has been fine.. Staff is friendly and greets each resident by name.
Just toured facility. Lots of holiday activities and many residents out/about. Unfortunately, there isn’t a swimming pool or jacuzzi that I need. Facility spacious, clean and menu fit for a queen.
Very happy with Pacifica Senior Living Oceanside. Everyone is very friendly. My dad has made new friends and he’s very well taken care of. The meals are great. My dad likes to participate in the activities. Would definitely recommend.
I wish there was more staff. They seem a little short of staff. I heard from my uncle that a lot of people have left. The food is not so great all the time.
Our visit allowed us to breathe and really think about this difficult decision in a different way. [name removed] was very caring and helpful in covering all areas of concern. Memory care residents seemed comfortable and at ease. It was nice to see them smiling and interacting with staff and other residents
We absolutely love Pacifica Senior living for everything from their apartments, their staff, their food and their special events. We’ve been here for 3 months now and any request we’ve had has been accepted and satisfactory. They truly make their residents feel welcome. It’s also a very private place if you wish.
