[name removed] helped us to feel at peace and comfortable from our initial tour of the residence, my aunts move-in, to her living At Pacifica. She's approachable and available to us which in turn gives me a huge peace of mind! [name removed]'s expertise and calmness to handle the multitude of questions and situations, is a comfort to me and my aunt. I appreciate Pacifica and [name removed]'s approach to assisting my aunt and making her feel at home in this new lifestyle.
I am so happy to live here. Staff is very nice! The servers are so sweet and they always try their best to help. I love our activities director. He does a great job. He is always happy and enjoys doing his job.
Please accept my deepest appreciation for the care you provided to my brother. [names removed] accepted him under unusual circumstances and our family is eternally grateful. Each of you in the unit provided kindness, tolerance for his demands at times and grace for a man who's life has been impacted by the staff there. At the start of the quarantine the community was adjusting to new guidelines and policies mandated by CDC. Somehow my 1st week has problems with miscommunication: My meal order, however, it was settled and remade right away. This pandemic contagion is properly handled by the staff, caregivers and everyone involved by protecting all residents which are vulnerable.
