Each of you in the unit provided kindness, tolerance for his demands at times and grace for a man who's life has been impacted by the staff there. Often the direct care staff are overlooked but my brother spoke highly of each of you. At the start of the quarantine the community was adjusting to new guidelines and policies mandated by CDC. Somehow my 1st week has problems with miscommunication: My meal order, however, it was settled and remade right away. This pandemic contagion is properly handled by the staff, caregivers and everyone involved by protecting all residents which are vulnerable.
