We were very impressed with the facility. It is very clean and well-maintained. My father's unit is very nice and comfortable. The staff has been very responsive to our questions. One month after my father moved into the facility they implemented a new online rent paying system. It has been very challenging because there are a lot of quirks and the staff is trying to work them out. We are hopeful that they will get those things fixed and make it a much more streamlined process in the future. Overall I would rate the facility... read more

We toured many assisted living properties for our Dad and we always ended up comparing everything to Pacifica Oceanside, which is why we were so happy they had an opening for our Dad. Every interaction we have had with Pacifica Oceanside has been great and they have made everything so easy. Convient location. Brand new facility. Very lovely. The staff was warm and inviting. They had so many activities. They even had a grand piano, and piano music in the evening.
