Staff: excellent. Room service and quality of room: excellent. Responsive to problems: fair to poor (examples - waffle maker breakdown: no waffles past 6 months to a year. Toaster breakdown, stovetop for weeks at a time. Movie projector failure: no movies or church service for 2 months.) Lunch and dinner very good recently.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living because I liked the size of the rooms and the bathroom had a walk in shower and it had plenty of closet space. It is a newer facility and the price is comparable to others we looked at. I do really like the staff members. Anytime I have been there for lunch, the food to me does not look appetizing but I have not been there for dinner. My loved one had to go to the hospital and they did decide to bring in hospice and I give them major credit for that.
