7 Year Resident The location is the best!!! Which is the main appeal of Oglesby Towers. However, TLC Management enormous rental rates does not coincide with the poor up keep. Residents are paying above market rate for mediocre living conditions. Examples, the party room has roaches (the building has roaches), the elevators are dangerously in need of repair and typically out of comission. Windows do not open with ease.
