Easy to work with these folks. I bought my house about 8 years and took over the warranty. No problems at all during the transfer process and since. More importantly, the basement is dry.
Ohio State Waterproofing has been a great vendor for about 20 years. They waterproofed my basement and have come back several times to fix leaks and check my sump pumps. Their warranty lasts for as long as I own my home and is transferable to the buyer. It was one of the best investments that I have ever made.

It’s been QUITE a few years since they fixed my problem, and they put a battery back up system in . I haven’t had a problem or any flooding since. I recommend them wholeheartedly if you have any kind of flooding problems
