We had our basement waterproofed over 25 years ago by Ohio State Waterproofing and haven’t had an issue since. We renew our warranty every year for the same low price, which is amazing. When we did have a sump pump go out they took care of it right away, no questions asked! Highly recommend!

Well, we had our basement waterproofed over a decade ago. Every time it rained our basement would flood. Since Ohio State came out, the basement has remained dry. I referred my friend to them, and they waterproofed her basement as well. I used to dread when there would be wet weather, but no more. Fantastic

The previous owners had waterproofed our house. So, when we purchased the home, we also received by continuing the contract with Ohio State Waterproofing the benefits of having the service. Never did we think we would actually need it, but to our surprise, the sump pump quit working. Without delay, they sent someone to replace the sump pump. The basement still remains dry. We are happy customers.
Working with them has been a great experience they came out in a timely manner and repaired my foundation issue and love the lifetime warranty that stays with the house!!
