I'm going on my 20th year being with ohio state waterproofing! Ive only had 1 problem since they waterproofed my basement. They came out promptly, fixed the problem and no hidden costs. Just a $50 renewal fee every January. That's it, no gimmicks! Thank you Ohio State Waterproofing!!!

Their warranty lasts for as long as I own my home and is transferable to the buyer. It was one of the best investments that I have ever made.
