Always on time and work is excellent
We had our basement done over 5 years ago and I absolutely love it. We have since got carpeting and turned the whole basement into the kids area. We usually host a whole football team every weekend with our boys so it's nice for them to have a place to go.
They did an AMAZING job! Our basement is dry and we can actually enjoy our basement without fear of water or mold.
We enjoy the peace of mind that Ohio State Waterproofing will manage any issues that arise. We've been customers for over twenty years and they respond promptly when we need them.
We had our basement waterproofed over 25 years ago by Ohio State Waterproofing and have never had a problem. The lifetime warranty is a bargain in my opinion and can even be transferred to new owners if I ever sell my house. Service is great, price was fair and always treated with respect. Would definitely recommend them if you need waterproofing. We love the extra living space we have been able to use since we have no worries about damp or wet basement.
Almost 16 years ago, I purchased my home from a Seller who had hired Ohio State Waterproofing to come in and waterproof the basement. Luckily for me, Ohio State Waterproofing allows the warranty to transfer to the new buyer(s) who purchased the home that had already had waterproofing done by them and I am happy to report that they clearly did an excellent job as I still have not had to make any calls for OSW to come back to my home for any additional work/repairs. Bought my house in 1983. Had it water proofed by Ohio State Waterproofing two years later. Many of my neighbors have had basement walls replaced and water damage. Best thing I ever did was to have my basement waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. Had some small issues and they were very prompt to fix them. Sump pump fails and they are here to replace it. Great company.
Love the customer service this company provides. Any problems and they schedule you ASAP and come out and perform the service needed even in the cold and snow. Thanks for keeping me running smoothly..
