The company is very professional. The team who completed our work was a great group of guys. They were on time and did the job well. Everything was explained to me throughout the process and they did a great job with the clean up phase. I would recommend OSW to anyone who needs waterproofing done.

Excellent job! Except for the suprise warranty. Told to us it was a lifetime warranty and really it is only a 1 year warranty with fees.

I would just like to finally say my job is COMPLETE! Chase and crew came out to work on my basement and finished on 5/25/23 all of the gentlemen were all very nice, happy and extremely respectful to my house and I while here these past few days. A little miss communication with the install of the glass block windows. BUT. Chase and his manager i think, Mike made it happen for me and quick! thank you! thank you! thank you!
