Overall, I would give ****** and his team a 10 out of 10. The entire crew was very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond in almost every step of the process to make sure I was happy and contempt with their work. They were very upfront in communicating with me any issues that arose during the waterproofing process and the steps needed to fix them. They took extra care in making sure to minimize the mess. The crew just left my home earlier this afternoon, and I am very pleased with how they serviced my home. ********* crew were on time all 3 days. Everyone was polite & courteous & mindful to keep doors closed so my cats wouldn't get outside or under their feet in the basement. The crew was also mindful of some plants around the house that my grandmother had planted many many years ago. Im not satisfied yet! When the salesman pitched the job he didnt explain things very well! DJ and his crew explained everything in a way I understood! DJ and his crew I would recommend but the actual company eh I dont know yet!
