**** and his crew were incredibly well organized and clean throughout the whole process. Communication was top notch and throughout the day **** did a great job of explaining the process and each step of the job. I felt comfortable with them working around the whole house and was appreciative of their ability to respect our neighbors property as well during the job.

*************************** inspected prior Ohio State Waterproofing basement on April/May 2009. Found degrading concrete block wall around a suspended pipe inside basement. ******** and one man crew arrived earlier then scheduled, began to to do a simple patch around the pipe. ******** explained as he worked and that he wanted to check why I had the issue. The crew from Ohio state waterproofing was great! They showed up on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. My wife and I are super happy with all the work they did. ****** and his crew were very professional and worked really hard. Communication was great from them and they showed us what all they had to do to fix our basement issues. Very happy, 5 stars, these guys all deserve a raise!
