Easy place to stop for an oil change. Seems very professional. I would never ever go to a jiffy, EZ, or almost any drive through lube place. This place will not give you the im getting screwed vibe.

Excellent service by the service advisor and mechanics who performed routine maintenance on my vehicle. I am a service advisor myself and have been in the auto field for 30 years and these guys by far are honest, and show you everything they are doing and explain step by step. Only thing I can say negitive is the cost. $100 for oil change and an air filter when the dealer would have cost me $65. But overall, great job

Excellent customer service by the mechanic Michael. It is a hot summer day but this Guy doesn't miss a beat professional, friendly, and articulate. I would defiantly recommend his services! They whole team of service men create a positive work environment.

I have never had to wait so long for a drive thru oil change. I was here over an hour! They do greet you right away and offer a beverage which is cool but after that, they are incredibly slow, try to sell your on multiple little extras throughout the process, some of which you do not actually need yet (and they know it). They do not ask what kind of oil change you want, I wanted synthetic but a vague question which is not clear to regular people other than the crew apparently told them I wanted regular so I did not get what ... read more

My husband has been coming here for years so I finally took my cab here for the first time two weeks ago. I cannot say enough about the service! Everyone was sooooo nice! They gave us beverages while we waited in the car. They weren't pushy at all and they did an excellent job! I wish every oil change place was as professional as oil stop! I will definitely be back!

If I could give them a 6th star I would. The entire crew is polite and courteous surpassing all customer service experiences I've had in at least the last 2 years. We take our vehicle here over the dealership any day...that should say something. Keep it up guys!! Your dedication to excellence is a testament to your companies mission and vision. Manuel helped us out.

This place was awesome! I got right in without a wait and sat in my car (with my complimentary coffee) while they changed the oil in my car. Doesn't get much better than that! In and out in 20 minutes! Customer service was amazing!

Usually the work and the staff are top notch. I have been going there quite regularly over the past 3 years and it is always perfect.......except for this past Saturday. They performed their usual oil change and I got a transmission fluid change as well. It usually is quite a pleasant experience and they get everything done like they should. I've been coming here regularly for 6 years now and I appreciate the professional, fast and friendly service that I receive every time. I trust this establishment and it's nice to see the same familiar faces. I think it says a lot about how the company treats its employees. Highly recommend!
