Great service, quick oil change. Keep in mind, the reason you stay in your car is because you will be a captive audience as they try to up-sell you on the other services they offer. They will put drops of your vehicle's fluids in a white tray then compare it to drops of new fluids so you can see the difference. They will show you the power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission, differential, etc. Stick with your vehicle's recommended change intervals. Honestly impressed with the service here. I was slightly overwhelmed with all the car talk I was overhearing with my boyfriend & the technicians.. but wow. I really like the vibe here, they are not pressuring my man into buying anything, only suggestions and recommendations. I like that you can just sit in your car as your car is being serviced, the employees are friendly and efficient, they are courteous, and even offer you a drink while you wait. Just by chance I found a coupon in a parking lot. I was due for an oil change so I went over. Wow, was I impressed. These really professional technicians were swarming all over my car and telling me the condition of this and that. As needed, they would recommend service for certain things that needed it. I never thought I'd write a review on an oil change shop but after today I had too! In and out in just under 25 minutes!! Oil changed, oiled my automatic sliding doors, changed all my filters, topped off my wiper fluid, cleaned all my windows, filled my tires, and gave me a free beverage to boot! I have been taking my 2007 GMC Yukon XL Denali here for awhile and usually get great service. I got an oil change done on 12/22/2016 before coming down to Riverside for Christmas. We drove down on 12/23/2016 at night. The next morning I get up to find oil dripping from the underside of my vehicle.
