Honestly impressed with the service here. I was slightly overwhelmed with all the car talk I was overhearing with my boyfriend & the technicians.. but wow. I really like the vibe here, they are not pressuring my man into buying anything, only suggestions and recommendations. I like that you can just sit in your car as your car is being serviced, the employees are friendly and efficient, they are courteous, and even offer you a drink while you wait. Just by chance I found a coupon in a parking lot. I was due for an oil change so I went over. Wow, was I impressed. These really professional technicians were swarming all over my car and telling me the condition of this and that. As needed, they would recommend service for certain things that needed it. I never thought I'd write a review on an oil change shop but after today I had too! In and out in just under 25 minutes!! Oil changed, oiled my automatic sliding doors, changed all my filters, topped off my wiper fluid, cleaned all my windows, filled my tires, and gave me a free beverage to boot! I have been taking my 2007 GMC Yukon XL Denali here for awhile and usually get great service. I got an oil change done on 12/22/2016 before coming down to Riverside for Christmas. We drove down on 12/23/2016 at night. The next morning I get up to find oil dripping from the underside of my vehicle. I moved it to the street so no more oil dropped down on my father-in-laws driveway. Looking under the vehicle it looks to be either the oil drain plug or the oil filter with the leak. I haven't been inclined to review anything on yelp for a while, but the service was so quick and the employees were so friendly here that I felt the need to say something about it! WOW! First off I'd like to thank Angel,Robert,Victor and Piranvich for their amazing service! This was my first time coming to Oil Stop. They close at 6pm and I came 20min before they closed. I drove right in and they gave me a friendly welcome and asked if I wanted something to drink. I stayed in the car while they worked on it and they informed me of everything they were doing. Great service here! I never noticed it off the freeway until my boyfriend recommended this place. Quick and friendly service and they even offer a free beverage! I liked that they were polite and were not pushy with the services. I'll definitely be coming back to this place for an oil change.
Update - The manager wrote me directly and apologized for the oversight. Complimentary oil change mailed directly to me. Great Service. I'll be back soon!
