These guys are great. Been here quite a few times and the service is always excellent. 4 out of 5 stars simply because they asked me to wear a mask while in my own car. That is something I will not do.
One word, Excellent! My family and I have been going to Oilstop for 7+ years and every time I go in for an oil change I always leave with a smile. Once you drive in you are quickly greeted. I travel far for work so I like to make sure my car is well taken care of. I go in for their 33point service but this time my steering wheel felt a bit off, I asked one of the staff, Jose, if he had any idea what was going on. My one and only oil stop spot! I live an hour and a half away now and still make the trek to this place, because they're so amazing!
I arrived at the Camarillo Oilstop at 8:55 A.M. There was one car on 1 side, 2 on the other. I was waived in behind the bay with one vehicle by Michael. I immediately noticed that it appeared that only 2 guys were working. One guy, Allen, does not get under the cars, he washes windows, gets the info, etc. If he moved any slower he would be walking backwards. Only Michael was working on cars. Exception and courteous service provided to the comfort of your own car. They explain every step and provide fundental basic service. They do offer a variety of upsells, but they explain why and they do not hard sell. And they are competitively priced as well. Highly recommended!
After 10 years of being a loyal customer, spending thousands of dollars here and recommending this place to friends, today was my last visit - at least until the pandemic is over. I can't have employees stand 3-4 feet from my face loudly recommending products to me if they won't wear a mask. My wife takes care of her 96 year old mother and I simply cannot risk getting infected and passing the virus on to her. It's convenient, you dont have to leave your car and wait in some lobby, because everything is done while your in your car. My tip for anyone who uses them is to get a piece of cardboard and put it under your engine of your car when you get home, because what's inconvenient, is they don't clean up the oil mess they make before you drive off and the excess oil they leave drips on your driveway or garage floor for a few days. I have had this happen here multiple times now. So frustrating.

Very very disappointed.. they are promoting oil changes at discounts for hospital workers and grocery store workers. I work in a restaurant and I am considered essential. When I called them, they said I did not qualify for the discount.. Shane on them for not including the people risking themselves in the restaurant field
