This place is a joke! Sold my girlfriend a coolant change when she didn't need one and extra $200! They take advantage of people who don't know about cars! I will never go back to this place!

I always have a nice experience here. The guy who did my paperwork last time (I think his name was Tyrese, or something similar?) was absolutely phenomenal, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and was was friendly throughout the whole service. Definitely will be back for my next oil change.

Beware of the hard upselling at this place. Know what service your vehicle needs before arriving, or you could end up paying for expensive service maintenance your car doesn't need.

I read a lot of these reviews and based on them waited to try this place out. I finally went today and overall had wonderful service. So I would like to address some of the comments I read. I pulled right in, they were not busy. I did sit in my car but it was hot and so was comfortable. I left my window down. I did call them yesterday and was told if I really wanted to get out of my car I could and just wait outside. That probably made it easier to just sit there. They put me behind a car that looked custom, or homemade. Two guys, sometimes 3, were working in it. I sat there for an hour with my hood up, waiting for an oil change. We were all waiting for this one little car. I finally had to leave. Not happy with the fact that NO one told me to expect over an hour wait. I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Went in to have my first oil change on a 2018 Nissan Rogue that I just got a few months earlier. I was able to get in right away. They asked first and I okayed some other parts and work that they did. I had forgotten about my air filter that I knew needed to be changed after all the fires that California had and my filter was black when they showed me it. Pay attention and confirm what oil is actually put in your car. I had the misfortune of my oil being changed from the full synthetic it came in with to regular oil and did not realize it until I brought the vehicle back 7 months later for another oil service. I was asked if the oil would be the same as last time and I said yes the full synthetic it has always had. They said they used regular last time to my shock. These guys are great. Been here quite a few times and the service is always excellent. 4 out of 5 stars simply because they asked me to wear a mask while in my own car. That is something I will not do.

One word, Excellent! My family and I have been going to Oilstop for 7+ years and every time I go in for an oil change I always leave with a smile. Once you drive in you are quickly greeted. I travel far for work so I like to make sure my car is well taken care of. I go in for their 33point service but this time my steering wheel felt a bit off, I asked one of the staff, Jose, if he had any idea what was going on.
