Prompt, straight forward service. Showed me the air filter so I could see how dirty it was. Continuously updated me with what function was being performed. Offered me a cold water or soda which was appreciated. They located a leak from my transmission which ended up needing a service from the dealership. Greatly appreciated the attention to detail!! Will always bring the cars here from here on out.
Took my three vehicles in for oil change service last week. I have been going there since they started business. The last of the vehicles was my 30 foot RV, the guy who directed me into the bay was obviously inexperienced and didn't look at what was happening and I felt a bump but thought it was the uneven floor, he was looking nervous but didn't say anything. When I got home I saw that there was a new tear in my awning about 3 feet long. Now I have to get a new canopy, cost around $500.00. I don't think I will be going ther... read more
This place is incredible! Juan Rangel, specifically is an angel from heaven. After our rental car reservation turned into a fiasco an he helped to transform our perspective! We came here for an oil change and he changed our hearts! We left with a big smile on our faces and extra refreshments! Thanks Juan and Oilstop!
I do my work truck service here, and my my kids car here, they keep records and recommended services, crew is fast and friendly
I wasn't going to post this, even after speaking with the District Manager. But I'd feel more guilt if I didn't. the hard up-sell is quite accurate. Had a couple of friends here before in past year or so with pretty similar stories. but worse is that the discriminate LBGT or any other people they can see physically associated with it. ON 3 separate instances I was told my car couldn't be serviced because they were "missing the part". This place is a joke! Sold my girlfriend a coolant change when she didn't need one and extra $200! They take advantage of people who don't know about cars! I will never go back to this place!
I always have a nice experience here. The guy who did my paperwork last time (I think his name was Tyrese, or something similar?) was absolutely phenomenal, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and was was friendly throughout the whole service. Definitely will be back for my next oil change.
Beware of the hard upselling at this place. Know what service your vehicle needs before arriving, or you could end up paying for expensive service maintenance your car doesn't need.

I read a lot of these reviews and based on them waited to try this place out. I finally went today and overall had wonderful service. So I would like to address some of the comments I read. I pulled right in, they were not busy. I did sit in my car but it was hot and so was comfortable. I left my window down. I did call them yesterday and was told if I really wanted to get out of my car I could and just wait outside. That probably made it easier to just sit there.
