I used to feel I needed to go to the dealer before. Not any more. They are friendly, thorough, fast and they check everything! Top it off, I sit in the car and they give me a drink.

I have taken two different vehicles to Oil Stop a few times. They are friendly, communicate very well and offer a beverage complimentary with the service. They are able to perform a number of additional services beyond an oil change. They clearly explain the cost of any additional suggested services and there is no pressure whatsoever to have those services done. This was my first time going to a place to get my oil changed that wasn't my non-dealership mechanics. I was extremely happy with the service and they are very friendly. And it was fast too! Really stands by the whole "Drive Thru Oil Change" which is great. With my work schedule I really can't go during the week and wait for hours just for an oil change. They just showed me on "their" computer that I've been here at least 12 times previously. They still annoy me with this stupid card which must be stamped 6 times for a free oil change. Why must their policy be so inconvenient? Yes the service is great...and mgt was very gracious...they have granted me a free oil change. Thanks! ...that policy should still change. The claim is that it's too difficult for corporate to keep track.

I have been going to Oilstop for about 4 years now. I went as a passenger in someone's car and loved the service and complimentary beverages. This place was perfect for me because I didn't have to worry about lugging out 10 cases of work equipment, just for an oil change. I got to stay in the vehicle, and if I didn't have time in between oil changes, they will just top you off. Sometimes they get busy, but they let you know that it could be a long wait. This was so disappointing. Drove from Port Hueneme based on the reviews. Pull in and wait thinking to myself "how long could it take" short answer 1 hour was the estimate given to me by the mechanics. Really didn't have an hour so he told me to back out. I am on the freeway when I realize they never latched the hood.

Quick, affordable, friendly. More than you would ever expect from an oil changing place. We will never go anywhere else. This last time the main guy doing the work on our car ended with "one more thing. I'm noticing a lot of rat droppings in your engine. I don't know where you park your car, but be careful because they can chew up the wires." While that seems like nothing, we had no clue we had rats in our garage.
