Hands down my favorite place for an oil change. They bring you a cold drink and do everything while you chill in your car. There are a zillion options that can add up, but they aren't pushy and you can just say no to anything. The guys are super nice, even when delivering bad news (coolant leak), even when you say no, even when you tell them preposterous things (car has bits hanging off the bottom but it's all cool). So nice, not annoying, not patronizing, just straight up nice.

Super fast, super easy. You remain in your car and enjoy a soft drink or water that they offer you. There are several attempts to up-sell additional products or services, which you may or may not need. They make sure to let you know that they earn no commission on such sales, so it's easy enough to say no thanks. They work as a team, moving quickly thru the process of changing your oil, filter and anything else you have them do. I love going to the lube shop but they were closed today so I came here, this place has excellent service. They were relatively quick, polite, knowledgeable, friendly and priced fair. I will be coming here from now on.
I am a single mother that only knows how to check to see if my oil is low. I do a lot of traveling between work and my sons sports. I've got a Mini Cooper which burns a lot of oil. I've never had a car where I had to worry about fluids. Foreign cars but I thought it was cute. All the gentlemen are wonderful here, but Jerome helped me today and eased my worries. Got my oil changed the other day. Service was quick and Daniel was friendly and helpful. I'll be going back in 5000 miles.
This is an unethical business. My issues boil down to this. Every time I change my oil anywhere else I use 5.5 Quarts of oil. When I change my own oil at home I use 5.5 Quarts of Oil. When I go to Oilstop, my truck magically takes 6.5 quarts of oil. And of course they charge you for any oil used above 5 quarts. Which is fine if they charged me for the 1/2 quart that my truck takes. They also charge "extra" to change the oil on a 4 wheel drive vehicle, which doesn't make sense because they charge me for the extra oil they put... read more

Dear Geoff, We're sorry you didn't have a good experience recently at our Camarillo Oilstop. For your information, your 2002 Toyota Tundra 4.7L V8 truck takes 6.5 qts of oil. Ask your mechanic to check any reliable source, such as Chek Chart, and he'll confirm this. Underfilling, as well as overfilling, can cause problems, and this is why we are very careful with metering out the exact amount of oil required. Great 5 star service!! They totally live up to their reputation. Our SUV needed an oil change during our vacation so where else would I look to for a good recommendation if not here on Yelp? Oil Stop is right off the freeway but we dropped the family off at the Outlet stores first and swung back around for the basic oil change. I have had a ton of oil changes in my life. By far the best customer service experience ever. I used the 10 dollar off yelp coupon. I was provided a cold water, and my oil was changed in less than 10 minutes. There are 5 guys who work on your car and you are in and out! They show you your levels and filters all while you sit in your car. Pretty good pit stop on my road trip.
