Got my oil changed the other day. Service was quick and Daniel was friendly and helpful. I'll be going back in 5000 miles.
This is an unethical business. My issues boil down to this. Every time I change my oil anywhere else I use 5.5 Quarts of oil. When I change my own oil at home I use 5.5 Quarts of Oil. When I go to Oilstop, my truck magically takes 6.5 quarts of oil. And of course they charge you for any oil used above 5 quarts. Which is fine if they charged me for the 1/2 quart that my truck takes. They also charge "extra" to change the oil on a 4 wheel drive vehicle, which doesn't make sense because they charge me for the extra oil they put... read more
Great 5 star service!! They totally live up to their reputation. Our SUV needed an oil change during our vacation so where else would I look to for a good recommendation if not here on Yelp? Oil Stop is right off the freeway but we dropped the family off at the Outlet stores first and swung back around for the basic oil change. I have had a ton of oil changes in my life. By far the best customer service experience ever. I used the 10 dollar off yelp coupon. I was provided a cold water, and my oil was changed in less than 10 minutes. There are 5 guys who work on your car and you are in and out! They show you your levels and filters all while you sit in your car. Pretty good pit stop on my road trip.

Wow, what a super experience. Very polite technicians. They asked me about several extra services but there was zero pressure. Such a nice change from most oil change places. Most oil change places make you feel like an abusive car owner if you decline the extra services but here they very politely accept a simple "no thank you" They took care of everything and knew exactly what my vehicle needed. A nice experience!
Been here twice now and I love this place! Unfortunately, this place is like Costco to me... i go in for 1 thing and leave with the works. I can't seem get leave here without spending a couple hundred bucks though! But seriously, the staff is super friendly and their service is very thorough. They serve water and get you in and out as soon as possible. I definitely recommend this place!!!
I don't let anyone else touch my car, not even the dealer. Brandon and his team are the absolute best. This used to be my "home" store, then I moved 3-hours away. I still schedule time to come here to service all three of my vehicles. That's how much I trust them.
My car desperately needed to be serviced. My bf recommended the Oil Stop to me. I came in after 5pm today and was out in about 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the service. Tony and the rest of the crew have a great attitude. Love that they're not pushy and provide you with recommendations. I dislike going to the dealership and feel like I'm getting cheated at other places. There's no need to go anywhere else after my great experience here today. Too bad they dont do repairs.
