I've had many oil changes at this place. Everyone here goes above and beyond. They definitely know what they're talking about. If it wasn't for them, my Chrysler 200 would have been done for. Before I got my Chrysler, I had a Chevy Impala and these guys and gals still went above and beyond for that car. The oil changes are always reasonable, and they give discounts and free car washes I'll always come here. I plan on moving to Fresno soon and if I do, I'll still make this my go to oil change spot!
I needed to check the gear oil level in a manual transmission car. I called around 10 other oil change places between Modesto and Fresno open on Saturday inquiring if they could do it. Every place I called asked "does it have a dip stick?" followed by "if it does not have a dip stick then we can't do it". Amazing service. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, fast. Earned my business. Other oil change place couldn't help me because of my drain plug. They were able to switch mine out for a dollar and knew exactly why other company wouldn't touch it. So grateful they're close by.
Brought my wife's Nissan for a transmission flush. Everyone knew their stuff. I would ask them questions(I already knew the answers when it came to my wife's car. They're very helpful. Will bring my car here to be serviced again. Oil stop team are amazing.
OilStop Drive Thru Has Excellent Customer Service, Didn't Have Time To Change My Oil When First Purchased My Car And I Thought To Myself Why Go Through The Hassle When These Guys Can Beat The Price Of Oil And Get The Job Done Fast And Correctly. Even When Their Full Of Cars The Wait Time Is No More Than 30minutes. Best Oil Change Shop Here In Town In My Opinion. And They Offer Complimentary Drink; Water, Soda, Diet Soda
I took my truck in to get an oil change from "OIL STOP" in Madera. I was charged $93 for an oil change which is ridiculous.They we're trying to upsell me for whatever they could squeeze out. everything from needing transmission fluid, and whatever else they could think of. This place treated us like absolute royalty. They offered complimentary drinks, gave us air conditioning while our car had to be off, cleaned our windows, oiled our doors, and we got a free car wash to be used within 30 days. They explained everything before preforming and checked on us multiple times during. Would 10/10 recommend!
Very wonderful, professional customer service. It is a drive-through, therefore, you sit in the car while the service is completed. Tyler was my rep and he was very professional, respectful and kindly asked for a. Beverage while I waited. Daniel them served my car and explained in detail the inspections done in my car. Amazing quick service and very friendly staff. They are straight to the point and get the job done ASAP! Very exceptional customer service. From there meet and greet to there hospitality and of course they are very fair pricing as well as a free buggy wash following the oil change. I then go to get my free car wash and the staff there seemed a little off but when I was greeted by them was amazed in there salesmanship in selling me a better wash of course with my free buggy was discounting the price to be more reasonable.
