Yesterday I went in to have my car serviced as it was time to do so. I have been a loyal customer.....well that is over!! This morning I missed an extremely important appointment because my tire was flat!!!!! The technician that checked my tires let too much air out.. He asked me three times if I was ok with the tire pressure and I said yes. Meaning that they were all at the appropriate pressure... Obviously not!!! You just lost a loyal customer!!!!!!! I will forever NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

I'm extremely impressed with the customer service and low cost! I've been going to valvoline for years but this place exceeded expectations. I called ahead the manager JR reccomended the yelp coupon I was offered a drink when I arrived the workers Ruben Pablo and Roger were very thorough in checking all fluids and filters and even lubricating hinges. I will definitely be returning for all my oil changes

Went to get an oil change and they sell me on new wipers well... they take off my old ones, try to put new ones on and tell me 20 min. Later they won't work so I have to buy the upgraded ones. Really? Business made it right. They realized they should've taken care of the situation while I was there the first time. Have gone there multiple times and will continue to get my oil changed here. I do recommend this business.

This is my first time at this oil change. I was very surprised and happy to find out that they are not paid a commission for selling, rather upselling products that I don't need. They still offer you all of the products, but it's nice to know that they are not paid a commission rather are just paid for their time. They give you a free soda which is nice. I have been told that they give you a free car wash, but I haven't yet got to that point at the service.

They are awesome here! I've been a few times and each time the customer service is way above average and all the guys are nice. They are also very detailed and go out of their way to please the customer. Will always go back.

I am shocked about this place! I'm from San Diego, California and I got to say wow! I've never gotten great customer service in my life! First time getting an oil change at this place, as I drive thru employees introduce themselves, offers you a drink while you wait, checks the car if any maintenance needed. They sure know what they're doing! I got to say it was worth it, better than going to "Walmart Auto Care Center". Definitely I'll be back when my car needs an oil change or anything so they can check it up on it! Great j... read more

I love this place! It's so convenient and quick! They offer cold drinks while u get your oil change in the comfort of your car. The guys here are awesome and true professionals! Customer Service is king here!

The wait was about 15 minutes after pulling in; but well worth it. Pablo and Daniel were very helpful and polite and did an outstanding job of servicing the car for a oil change. They were very courteous when asking if I wanted to purchase additional services and didn't make me feel bad after saying no. They held true to their mission " We will serve people with excellence. Humbly with a servants heart."
