This is my first time at this oil change. I was very surprised and happy to find out that they are not paid a commission for selling, rather upselling products that I don't need. They still offer you all of the products, but it's nice to know that they are not paid a commission rather are just paid for their time. They give you a free soda which is nice. I have been told that they give you a free car wash, but I haven't yet got to that point at the service.

They are awesome here! I've been a few times and each time the customer service is way above average and all the guys are nice. They are also very detailed and go out of their way to please the customer. Will always go back.

I am shocked about this place! I'm from San Diego, California and I got to say wow! I've never gotten great customer service in my life! First time getting an oil change at this place, as I drive thru employees introduce themselves, offers you a drink while you wait, checks the car if any maintenance needed. They sure know what they're doing! I got to say it was worth it, better than going to "Walmart Auto Care Center". I love this place! It's so convenient and quick! They offer cold drinks while u get your oil change in the comfort of your car. The guys here are awesome and true professionals! Customer Service is king here!

The wait was about 15 minutes after pulling in; but well worth it. Pablo and Daniel were very helpful and polite and did an outstanding job of servicing the car for a oil change. They were very courteous when asking if I wanted to purchase additional services and didn't make me feel bad after saying no. They held true to their mission " We will serve people with excellence. Humbly with a servants heart."

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME....I have been needing to a review on this place for a while now...I used to FLY through oil changes (I was a commuter and would get an oil change every two months) and they always took care of me and my box car! I never felt pressure to buy anything I did not need, they always gave me an honest opinion, and never talked to me like I was stupid girl who did not know anything about cars. Very good customer service. very professional. knowledgeable staff. I came in for an oil change, left with new air filters and fuel injector cleaner..they will look for ways to sell their products, No bullshit though, they will only offer additional products if your car really needs them. Took about 20 minutes from start to finish all while my 2 year old slept in his car seat!! Definitely recommend this place for a quick oil change! !!
