THIS PLACE IS AWESOME....I have been needing to a review on this place for a while now...I used to FLY through oil changes (I was a commuter and would get an oil change every two months) and they always took care of me and my box car! I never felt pressure to buy anything I did not need, they always gave me an honest opinion, and never talked to me like I was stupid girl who did not know anything about cars. Very professional,polite,friendly,they give you something to drink while you wait. They will offer things but no pressure to buy anything.I was so impressed with all who took care of my truck.I wood recommend this place to everyone.
Been coming here for car service for 25 years. It has had its ups and downs, but they've always done a good job. Trusted them with 7 of my cars. Thumbs up.
Very good customer service. very professional. knowledgeable staff. I came in for an oil change, left with new air filters and fuel injector cleaner..they will look for ways to sell their products, No bullshit though, they will only offer additional products if your car really needs them. Took about 20 minutes from start to finish all while my 2 year old slept in his car seat!! Definitely recommend this place for a quick oil change! !!
Exemplary service each and every time that I come here. In fact it is far more convenient for me to go to Fresno for auto services but again cannot beat the level of customer service any where.
guy does have a lot of cars that do look "fixed" up but he does half ass work. didn't use the right antifreeze solution. we bought one specifically for our Chrysler 300 which was orange in color and when we checked the antifreeze a few weeks later we noticed that it was green. my husband called him up and he stated that antifreeze changes colors which is total bull! we called oreilys, autozone, pepboys and they all laughed and said that was absolutely false! This place is quick, friendly, and convenient. The staff members are sooo professional and know all about customer service, they take all the awkwardness out of getting an oil change. Free drinks while you wait are a plus. Frequent customer for about a year now. Love it.
Wow these people know about customer service. All the staff are so friendly and really take the time to make sure your comfortable while waiting for my oil change. I highly recommend this place. Funny I live in Madera but it's only my second time here. Worth the stop :)
