Setup: I am from Southern CA and have been visiting family in Madera for the past week. I am heading back to SoCal tomorrow and realized my car is very much in need of an oil change... Horrible service!!!!! Do not go to this place!!!! they're going to fuck up your engine went in There to get a oil change and one of those idiots remove my air filter without my permission he put the air filter back and didn't make sure he put it back Correctly because the car is turbo charge I start getting all kinds of problems the check engine light came on the car start leaking oil and every time I would stop the car would stop working Had to take the car to a real mechanic Just to find out The problem was the air filter ... read more

We're from the Bay Area, and needed an oil change that couldn't wait. Stopped here and was really impressed. Kevin and his team went through everything with a fine tooth comb. Didn't try to sell us more than we came for, but did recommend stuff (with no pressure to buy). They even will bring complementary drink to your car. Definitely will be back!!!

Yesterday I went in to have my car serviced as it was time to do so. I have been a loyal customer.....well that is over!! This morning I missed an extremely important appointment because my tire was flat!!!!! The technician that checked my tires let too much air out.. He asked me three times if I was ok with the tire pressure and I said yes. Meaning that they were all at the appropriate pressure... Obviously not!!! You just lost a loyal customer!!!!!!! I will forever NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

I'm extremely impressed with the customer service and low cost! I've been going to valvoline for years but this place exceeded expectations. I called ahead the manager JR reccomended the yelp coupon I was offered a drink when I arrived the workers Ruben Pablo and Roger were very thorough in checking all fluids and filters and even lubricating hinges. I will definitely be returning for all my oil changes

Went to get an oil change and they sell me on new wipers well... they take off my old ones, try to put new ones on and tell me 20 min. Later they won't work so I have to buy the upgraded ones. Really? Business made it right. They realized they should've taken care of the situation while I was there the first time. Have gone there multiple times and will continue to get my oil changed here. I do recommend this business.
