This is my place to go to get an oil change. The guys are friendly. Although I moved to Fresno I still drive to this location in madera because I feel safer here! The guys even offer a beverage while you wait. This will always be my place to get a quick oil change for my car. I had one problem though when I first took my car. Once I got home after the oil change my dad noticed there was oil spilling from my car in the driveway. This place is legit. Just freaking legit. It's hard to find good service nowadays and honest opinions.i was in Fresno for business and before I drove back up north I thought my car could use a nice oil change and a quick check of all systems. These guys provided all that and were super nice to deal with. Whenever I'm in this area, I'll remember to bring my car here for an oil change. These were were awesome. Setup: I am from Southern CA and have been visiting family in Madera for the past week. I am heading back to SoCal tomorrow and realized my car is very much in need of an oil change... Today: After having my appointment with PepBoys on Shaw Avenue in Fresno unexpectedly cancelled today due to them being overbooked, an hour before I was to arrive (at least they were really apologetic and polite about it!)... then experiencing bad customer service (just plain RUDE) from the PepBoys in Fresno on Blackstone when I called to simp... read more

Horrible service!!!!! Do not go to this place!!!! they're going to fuck up your engine went in There to get a oil change and one of those idiots remove my air filter without my permission he put the air filter back and didn't make sure he put it back Correctly because the car is turbo charge I start getting all kinds of problems the check engine light came on the car start leaking oil and every time I would stop the car would stop working Had to take the car to a real mechanic Just to find out The problem was the air filter ... read more

We're from the Bay Area, and needed an oil change that couldn't wait. Stopped here and was really impressed. Kevin and his team went through everything with a fine tooth comb. Didn't try to sell us more than we came for, but did recommend stuff (with no pressure to buy). They even will bring complementary drink to your car. Definitely will be back!!!
