This place treated us like absolute royalty. They offered complimentary drinks, gave us air conditioning while our car had to be off, cleaned our windows, oiled our doors, and we got a free car wash to be used within 30 days. They explained everything before preforming and checked on us multiple times during. Would 10/10 recommend!
Very wonderful, professional customer service. It is a drive-through, therefore, you sit in the car while the service is completed. Tyler was my rep and he was very professional, respectful and kindly asked for a. Beverage while I waited. Daniel them served my car and explained in detail the inspections done in my car. Amazing quick service and very friendly staff. They are straight to the point and get the job done ASAP! Very exceptional customer service. From there meet and greet to there hospitality and of course they are very fair pricing as well as a free buggy wash following the oil change. This is my place to go to get an oil change. The guys are friendly. Although I moved to Fresno I still drive to this location in madera because I feel safer here! The guys even offer a beverage while you wait. This will always be my place to get a quick oil change for my car. I had one problem though when I first took my car. Once I got home after the oil change my dad noticed there was oil spilling from my car in the driveway. This place is legit. Just freaking legit. It's hard to find good service nowadays and honest opinions.i was in Fresno for business and before I drove back up north I thought my car could use a nice oil change and a quick check of all systems. These guys provided all that and were super nice to deal with. Whenever I'm in this area, I'll remember to bring my car here for an oil change. These were were awesome. Horrible service!!!!! Do not go to this place!!!! they're going to fuck up your engine went in There to get a oil change and one of those idiots remove my air filter without my permission he put the air filter back and didn't make sure he put it back Correctly because the car is turbo charge I start getting all kinds of problems the check engine light came on the car start leaking oil and every time I would stop the car would stop working Had to take the car to a real mechanic Just to find out The problem was the air filter ... read more
