Always great costumer service. Quick when I'm a time crunch. They do try and sell you services you might not need immediately and are also a little over priced. Would go back for the convenience and costumer service.

NEVER COME HERE!! I'm the original owner of my once wonderful G-35 coupe. I have a great mechanic, but was finding it difficult to find the time to go to his shop in Santa Ana. I'm putting in 100% synthetic. While Oilstop has oil that is pumped in through a hose (sort of like a gas pump hose and nozzle that probably goes to a big tank), they must not have the synthetic oil available this way. Stopped going to quick change places because all they do is try to sell you stuff you don't need, and sabotage your vehicle when you decline. This place r is no different. After turning down numerous things, they told me my oil plug may be stripped and they would take a closer look. I called their bluff, told them if that was the case, to stop working on the car and I would take it to the dealer, since that is the only other place it had been serviced. They quickly backed down.

This place is the best. I have been coming here for 6+ years now and will continue to return. The staff is always friendly and informative about products. They don't pressure you into purchasing anything and always have a friendly, good attitude. The assistant manager Bryan is also hands on and supports his staff when they are busy. I definitely recommend this place.

I love this place they are so professional I don't wrench on my own car any more so I go here. Before I go on road trip I always stop here so I feel good about taking a long drive. I think the manager is this Asian guy with a ruff voice and he is always accommodating it's a little expensive but worth the piece of mind

This place has 12/10 service! I got Colin the manager and they're so helpful and welcoming. (Even serve you a drink while you wait). It's super fast and they get the job done right, at a great price, which they cut me a deal since I only needed topped off and not a full change. It's the only place I'll be going from now on! Thank you Colin for being so awesome!

Exceptional customer service. I wish they had one of these at every corner of the city because of how quick, easy, affordable, and convenient they are. Bryan was very informative and courteous. I appreciate the help from the entire staff here. Quick and easy and even give you a FREE assessment on what your car needs in the near future. I love the transparency. Mechanics can easily fool people who don't know much about their cars. Different story here. Highly recommend! P.S. FREE CAR WASH AS WELL

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Not only is the staff fun friendly and professional, but they are SUPER thorough as well. I've been to many oil change spots but this one is top notch! Thx gentleman!
