Service is great, but depending on what line you get stuck in and how unlucky you are you can literally sit in your car and wait for an hour plus just to get the oil change started. This is insane every other place I've been has never taken this long. An oil change should not take this long. If you have a few hours to kill come here if not go somewhere else.

These guys are amazing, had a few services done to my vehicle here. I tripped out on what a mechanic had told me about the color or my transmission fluid after just getting it done here at oil stop. Came back over an told them my concern, an they are changing the fluid again just to reassure me it is correct. Doing it for free I really appreciate it guys honestly.
I have my oil changes done here. Its not cheap but they do it right and thats a lot more important. Great selection of oils anf the staff is trained. Fast and efficient.
Quick easy service. They are very thorough and explain everything to you. They do try to upsell you on additional services, that's their job. Very pleasant experience, would definitely return.
Always great costumer service. Quick when I'm a time crunch. They do try and sell you services you might not need immediately and are also a little over priced. Would go back for the convenience and costumer service.
NEVER COME HERE!! I'm the original owner of my once wonderful G-35 coupe. I have a great mechanic, but was finding it difficult to find the time to go to his shop in Santa Ana. I'm putting in 100% synthetic. While Oilstop has oil that is pumped in through a hose (sort of like a gas pump hose and nozzle that probably goes to a big tank), they must not have the synthetic oil available this way. Stopped going to quick change places because all they do is try to sell you stuff you don't need, and sabotage your vehicle when you decline. This place r is no different. After turning down numerous things, they told me my oil plug may be stripped and they would take a closer look. I called their bluff, told them if that was the case, to stop working on the car and I would take it to the dealer, since that is the only other place it had been serviced. They quickly backed down.

This place is the best. I have been coming here for 6+ years now and will continue to return. The staff is always friendly and informative about products. They don't pressure you into purchasing anything and always have a friendly, good attitude. The assistant manager Bryan is also hands on and supports his staff when they are busy. I definitely recommend this place.
I love this place they are so professional I don't wrench on my own car any more so I go here. Before I go on road trip I always stop here so I feel good about taking a long drive. I think the manager is this Asian guy with a ruff voice and he is always accommodating it's a little expensive but worth the piece of mind
