My husband does all the oil changes for the cars but mine is just way too low for him to access so he did his research and asked me to take my car here and honestly, these guys didn't disappoint! All very professional staff and they explain everything as they go. No hidden fees! I appreciate the honesty and of course, the transparency! We will definitely be taking our vehicles here again!
These guys feel like the In N Out burger of oil changes. The employees are friendly, helpful, articulate. I like how the describe every service before they do it and ask for approval. They show you any old parts like filters. I got differential fluid changes and they showed me the color of the old fluid and new so I could see the difference. Colin in the manager. Nice guy. I have a 95 Mercedes Benz and was in need of a oil change for the weekend. I pulled in and when the Service manager walked up to my car,I asked him if they even worked on Mercedes? He said no problem! I brought my own oil filter and in about 30 minutes my car had fresh oil and filter, checked all the fluids and air pressure and ALL that for ONLY $75.00!!! GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICE... I'LL BE BACK!

Adolpho, Josh and team were all so friendly, speedy and explained things as they went. Not only was I offered an assortment of beverages but they also lubed all my door hinges! Who does that? The guys on this crew (5/7 @ 1pm) were top notch and would recommend you to stop in for an oil change. The best and fastest oil change I've ever had!
Went to Oilstop for the first time today for an oil change. Immediately, impressed with the customer service (free complimentary beverage) and organization of the place. Oil change took around 15 minutes after waiting for the 2 cars in front of me. I appreciated how the workers told me that they do not work off commission, so there is no pressure to purchase any extra products or services. Everyone was extremely nice and the process was pretty quick. There was no hard sell of extra products although they did make helpful suggestions. I was very pleased with the service.
This place is pretty awesome. I really don't like getting an oil change because of the unexpected expenses that seem to come up and long waits, but anyway, they get down to it here. On top of the oil change, I got my front and back windows cleaned and I enjoyed and ice cold sprite all while I sat in my car writing this review. The way they all talk to each other kept me entertained as well. They do offer quite a few recommendations but they don't mind if you turn them away. I'll be returning for sure.
