This is a pretty easy process. It's all dependent on how busy it is and that's just a gamble. It was full when I got there so I sat there for maybe 30-40m in total. When I left, I was literally the only car there so... They try to upsell you a ton of crap but they're cool when you turn it down. I turn it all down. Even the free services because I didn't want to spend more time than needed for just an oil change. Nicest people ever!! I love going to this place rather than my dealership. These guys do a thorough job with inspecting your vehicle. Also a very positive environment. Love that they offer Mobile 1 synthetic oil. They also carry wiper blades if you need those replaced.

I'm actually surprised by the level of service I got here. First of all, these guys have been trained like Chick-Fil-A employees; they were overly nice and professional. They spoke with so much respect and I was delighted to be there. Second, they actually had my oil and oil filter in stock (Valvoline and Jiffy Lube didn't carry it because my car is a newer BMW). Waddup! Cory and his team were fantastic. They provided excellent service even through a mid rush of customers. I arrived 20 minutes after opening and the team was servicing one vehicle, starting another and completed servicing 3 more vehicles afterwards from sedans to pick-up trucks. I've been a customer of OilStop for 5 years in the SF Bay Area. I've always had a great experience and I've recommended this place to many people. Even when I moved to SoCal, I would keep going to the one in the San Jose because I knew the staff there and felt comfortable. They mentioned that now that I'm in SoCal, I should check their locations down there, but I was a little nervous. Such a cool service! Never any pressure for additional items, but also felt like I had the most explanation of what is going on with my vehicle from these and really appreciated the time they take for these. General service and customer care was great as well! Highly recommend & definitely will be coming back.

I have been going to this Oilstop for years and their service has never failed to be amazing. Every employee is so friendly, efficient, and caring. I love listening to the employees' friendly banter with each other as they do their work, and even on busy days it never feels life I've had to wait long for the oil change to get done. They pay attention to your needs and will even offer you water or soda! I usually don't write reviews but this place has done so much for me. nice service, they are kind and sweet. but they will come to your window every 30 seconds to try to upsell. I told them multiple times I just wanted an oil change and they kept trying to add services that I didn't want. I thought this was a quick and easy place to get your oil changed but they are persistent in adding charges to your service and they don't listen to the client When they simply request one oil change.

As a female I really dread getting my oil changed. However, every time I come here, I feel so welcomed. I am greeting with a cold beverage and kind and helpful staff. They of course are trying to sell as many things as they can, but when I communicate my needs, they respect and simply educate me on anything that might need attention in the future.
