I only have qualified techs in my house snd when I find them, they get all my business. But of all the techs that come onto my property, there are none more qualified than Dennis D. RecommendedWe had a window that needed to be replaced and I called ODW. I received excellent customer service and John Tietsort came to our home to look at it and give us an estimate. Nice gentleman, on time, knowledgeable and friendly. An appointment was made and he arrived on time and the work was completed in 45 minutes and all looks great. The icing on the cake was he was wearing a hat that had the Iowa Hawkeyes on it and I was wearing a shirt that had the Hawkeyes on it! We can help you with this problem after you get an electrician to fix your outlet. We had to use the floodlight switch because it was the only other power in the garage. Once you fix the outlet, give us a call.
