Jerry and Chase were very professional and on time. They completed the job in a timely manner and made sure everything was cleaned up, a great experience.
Jerry was on time and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and options for fixing based on what he found. Had to order a thermostat for our heated bathroom floor, gave me price quotes and options and will return on Friday to install. Overall very pleased with the service.

Jerry was on time for both appointments. The initial appointment he was able to address my original issue and schedule for a bigger job I decided I would like to have done. when he was here for the second appointment he was very thoughtful and thorough in his work and in explaining what he had done, how, and why. he also took a few extra minutes to look into a plug that wasn't working that we discovered after setting our second appointment. I would recommend this service based on Jerry's professionalism!
