Jerry was on time for both appointments. The initial appointment he was able to address my original issue and schedule for a bigger job I decided I would like to have done. when he was here for the second appointment he was very thoughtful and thorough in his work and in explaining what he had done, how, and why. he also took a few extra minutes to look into a plug that wasn't working that we discovered after setting our second appointment. I would recommend this service based on Jerry's professionalism!

On time, courteous with professionalism of respecting our home while getting the ceiling fan (which is placed above our bed) to start working. Jeremy wasn’t about to give up until the ceiling fan with a light and fan were in full functioning order! We appreciate the time and expertise Jeremy displayed! We will definitely contact On Time Professionals for our future needs!
The service was great originally we were going to go with a different place to replace our furnace, but they kept delaying and wouldn't communicate what was going on. Once we switch over to On Time Professional they had it all done in two days and did a great job.
