Truthful service, quality service and friendly technician. Jerry kept me informed on all facets of the job and explained what was completed.
Jerry was on time for both appointments. The initial appointment he was able to address my original issue and schedule for a bigger job I decided I would like to have done. when he was here for the second appointment he was very thoughtful and thorough in his work and in explaining what he had done, how, and why. he also took a few extra minutes to look into a plug that wasn't working that we discovered after setting our second appointment. I would recommend this service based on Jerry's professionalism!
