Jeremy was very friendly and professional. Very punctual and clearly explained the work. Always had time to talk and answer any questions. Never left a mess and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Very satisfied with Jeremy's work. Overall a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to use On-Time Professionals and Jeremy again.
The work was done competently, courteously, and on time. I have no complaints. It was not inexpensive, but it was not unlike two other bids and had suggestions for ways to bring the total cost down I appreciated that and obviously chose them. The city inspector complimented the work and said it was well done.
