On Time emailed me an appointment confirmation with a picture of Jerry, the electrician who would be doing the work. He arrived exactly as scheduled, talked through everything with me thoroughly before doing any diagnosis, explained to me what he’d found and presented me with several different options ranging in price and complexity of work. Jeremy was very friendly and professional. Very punctual and clearly explained the work. Always had time to talk and answer any questions. Never left a mess and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Very satisfied with Jeremy's work. Overall a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to use On-Time Professionals and Jeremy again.
The work was done competently, courteously, and on time. I have no complaints. It was not inexpensive, but it was not unlike two other bids and had suggestions for ways to bring the total cost down I appreciated that and obviously chose them. The city inspector complimented the work and said it was well done.

Great job. All work was done quickly and professionally and as expected. The price they quoted was lower than the other quotes I received for this project. I definitely recommend this company and will be using them again for future activity.
