I'm selling my old house and am requested by buyer to check whether there are active knot n tube and repair. Asked two electric companies to check. One looked around and took photos, charged me $72 dollars and said there were knot n tube everywhere, and suggested to rewire the entire house, the estimate was $42000, that almost caused me an heart attack.
