Jerry was very polite and professional. He was very clear on what work would need to be done and how he would do it. In our case, grounding the CSST. Jerry even took the time to lock the gate we unlocked for him and the patio door as well. I would definitely recommend On-Time Professionals to others.

Jerry was not only on time but was efficient, friendly and explained what he needed to do do get the exhaust fans running in our outdoor shed. The pricing was also great! He went above and beyond by grabbing a ladder to get our patio umbrella that had flown up on the roof and gotten tangled in the satellite dish while we were talking! Seriously, above and beyond! They will be my go to anytime we need electrical work!
