First visit they were on time and I was happy with the work they did. When I called back to come and finish the job it took a while before they had an open time to come and finish the job.
Very positive experience. the guy did what was needed and followed up on one item that needed to be repurchased by me and then installed.
Very professional. Jerry went above and beyond be sure everything was done to his standards and our satisfaction.
Very short visit and was expensive, problem was not solved. Another company came in and fixed at 1/3 the cost.
Technician came out and fixed problem little pricey for the fix as he only had to press the main breaker more than once but it was fixed. He did give me some quotes on rewiring the whole house too which was nice. Just wish he would of gave an estimate on paper just for the electrical box itself as well because the box is the main issue. Great service though friendly guy.
Jerry was very polite and professional. He was very clear on what work would need to be done and how he would do it. In our case, grounding the CSST. Jerry even took the time to lock the gate we unlocked for him and the patio door as well. I would definitely recommend On-Time Professionals to others.
I could not have been more pleased The customer service and the work done far surpassed my expectations.

Jeremy came out and did our complete outside lighting it is beautiful now he is going to do our basement as well this company is fantastic I am not kidding don’t waste time with others these guys know what they’re doing and they get it done right the first time it’s nice to have a company you can depend on and trust
