Jerry was on time, did the work in a timely manner and explained what was needed before he began the repairs.
Electrification who came was very friendly, knowledgeable and we talked through each item in question which I really appreciated.
Prompt, Respectful, friendly and the fee was reasonable. I will be hiring them to do more work for me

I appreciated the time Keith spent explaining how he could make the changes we hoped for a reality. He and Jerry were great to work with!
Everything was very professionally handled, however, I have had other professionals in my home and they wore a face covering, or had one with them and asked me if I would like them to wear it. Not the case here.
It was good overall. We were told what was wrong, what was needed to fix it and offered options. This is exactly what we wanted and we were also grateful to have our other questions answered.
It was great.
