We have had nothing but a great experience with Optimus. Our account was setup fast and their commissions are very competitive. We use CTS to route our orders and Ninjatrader for our charts. They were able to get us setup with CTS and offer us a datafeed for our charts at a very low monthly cost. They always answer the phone and I highly recommend doing business with this straight forward broker.
I like Optimus very much, I use it 5 years+, nave short my money!
My wife and I have been with Optimus Futures since 2008 and we like the followings about Optimus Futures: 1. The staff is responsive and very pleasant to talk to. We have never been pressured to buy anything. We do not feel like client at all. Optimus Futures is like family to us. 2. There are several trading platforms to choose from; it can be as simple as CQG Traders and as sophisticated as MultiCharts. 3. Data feed is very reliable. We never experienced any data feed issue with CQG.

Since switching from TD Ameritrade/thinkorswim to Optimus Futures I have dramatically increased my knowledge of futures trading and trading platforms! I'm also NOT getting raped on commissions/margins like I was with tda/tos, which is nice. Matt (the owner) has been very helpful and responsive. I'm very satisfied with my decision to switch to Optimus Futures. It was one of the smartest moves I've made in my futures trading career so far! Now for my next trick: I'm going to stop losing money! lol
