I worked with Matt and his staff in 2008-09 and a couple of bad decisions on my part took me out of the market. However, when I decided to re-enter the futures' market this year, Optimus Futures was the only firm I considered working with at all. They were very patient with me going through the account set up process, given that I had a complicated request. Matt has an excellent grasp of the mechanics of trading and how to help a new trader start correctly and be a success. I am very satisfied!

Part 1: In 2011 I switched from Interactive Brokers to Optimus Futures. I switched due to their advanced execution technology and friendly customer service. They know you by name, not number! Support at Optimus could happen through phone, E-mail or Skype, however you want it. Problems are mostly solved the same day to your utmost satisfaction.
